Happen Outside Urban Nature & Art Center seeks to extend Happen's Mission to provide art and nature activities for families and the community all year around in an urban setting. The creation and development of the Happen Outside garden is an outreach program of Happen, Inc. and made possible in part with the support of the Northside Business Association.
