Happen's In-Studio Sessions

Our new diverse menu of interactive Sessions features fun, engaging characters like ENO (The One-Point Perspective Alien), Old MacDonald, Brother Nature, Cowboy Value and The Wiz who imaginatively use humor and art to teach positive life lessons. Sessions are designed to be fun for both children and adults and promise to provide a memorable and creative activity for all involved.

A Happen Session consists of one 45-60 minute art experience and includes a take home activity. Sessions are designed for one parent or mentor and a child. Each Session is made up of several adult and child teams. Most activities at Happen are designed for both female and male children between 6 and 12 years of age. Each child must be accompanied by an adult for the full time of the activity.

The cost per Session is $14 which includes both adult and child. You may select individual Sessions for one time only or sign-up for several weekly Sessions. Seats for each Session are limited so pre-registration is required. Reservations can be made by calling Happen, Inc. at (513) 751-2345 or by emailing to info@happeninc.org.

Helpful hints

• You don't need to bring art supplies, all supplies are included.
• Leave jewelry, such as bracelets and rings, at home, especially for Clay activities.
• We suggest that you wear older clothes that are appropriate for art making and shoes with closed toes and heels for safety.
• Plastic disposable aprons will be distributed as needed.
• To better serve you, we ask you to inform us of any medical concerns or disabilities at the time of registration.
• Sessions include surprise entrances from characters in a theatrical setting.
  

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment (cash, check or credit card) must be made in full within two weeks of making the reservation and one week before the scheduled Session. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required by a parent or mentor for a full refund. Happen holds the right to cancel any Session at any time. In the case of severe weather, please contact your local news stations for cancellation information. If a Happen cancellation occurs, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for another Happen activity of the same value.
