WEEK IN REVIEW (10-4-09)

Everyone had a great time at last Friday's Gelato Social. We had over 60 beautiful gelato dishes on display, and Michael from Dojo Gelato was there to hand out samples of his delicious gelato.

Mother Nature also stopped by to teach us all about curvilinear shapes. Everyone used her favorite shapes to make new kinds of creatures and fun environments.

We also had a crazy Hall Monitor stop in and tell us that we all need to have the same face! We showed him how we are all unique by painting some colorful self portraits!

With all of these individual faces, The Hall Monitor realized how crazy his rules were!

 
And finally, everyone's favorite farmer, Old MacDonald, dropped in and taught us all about the wonders of geometric shapes. Old Mac collects geometric shapes, and he even let us borrow some so that we could make our very own barn-hats!
